As our lowest cost wood fence, our Basic Wood Fence is a great option for someone who simply needs a new fence for functionality and low cost. These fences are builder-grade, and because of their low cost, are perfect for landlords who have multiple rental properties, or homeowners who plan to sell their house in the next few years.
Specifications:
- 6 ft Tall
- Cedar Dog-Eared Pickets
- Side-by-Side Construction (there will be slight visibility between pickets)
- Three (3) 2×3 Pine Rails
- .065 Galvanized Metal Posts (wood posts are available and a slightly lower cost, but are not recommended for use in the Dallas Fort Worth area)
- Posts set every 8 ft, 24″ deep in concrete
- Custom Built Onsite

10 – 15 Years (slightly longer with regular maintenance)
Our Warranty For This Fence:
On our Basic Fence, we offer a 1 year warranty on materials, and 3 year warranty on workmanship for issues such as sagging gates, leaning posts, etc.
Upgrade Options:
Pre-Stained Pickets or stain after installation. We highly recommend staining this fence to protect the wood and get the maximum life possibly from it.
